■AIDS Support Chiba
■Outline:
AIDS Support Chiba was established in 1993. The first representative was Yutaka Hirata (*). He is the first person who declared that he had HIV as gay in Japan. This voluntary group places importance on respecting difference among people and aims to expand place where people can live together. They are involved in education about HIV and AIDS, telephone consultation and seminars for LGBTQ people as their buddy. Each member can find their own way to collaborate in this group, and they perform their capability.

■It’s me Ichikawa
■Outline:
“It’s me Ichikawa” is a voluntary group that holds an event in Ichikawa city on third Saturday of each month for people having some difficulties in their daily life such as sexual minorities and people with developmental disability. Their activities are based on the concept, “village where people can live as they are” and are supported by Social Diversity Promotion dept. of Ichikawa city. They also hold seminars and lectures mainly about difficulties which LGBT people have.
