Film Screening and Talk Session: “Coming Out Journey”

Film Screening and Talk Session: “Coming Out Journey”

Chiba Rainbow Association annually hosts events such as lectures and film screenings. The association will be screening the documentary film “Coming Out Journey,” followed by a talk session with Daisuke Fukushou and his partner Pontsuku.

The film “Coming Out Journey” is a documentary produced in the summer of 2022. It closely follows a man’s journey as he comes out about his past and his true self to people who were once important to him. This screening will also feature the sequel, “Coming Out Journey 2: The Wedding Chapter,” shown concurrently. Furthermore, the talk session will focus on the difficulty of living that anyone might experience and the struggle to live authentically, discussed from the perspective of those involved.
